The pros depend entirely on your leadership structure. I was fortunate enough to work under Marketing leadership, and they are stellar, by far the best leaders i've ever had the pleasure of working for. The individual contributors at Boomi are wildly talented, and I will always and forever support them in future pursuits.

As a Senior Manager in the Marketing organization, leading a team of 7, I was fired from Boomi for holding secondary employment that did not conflict, nor impact performance of my duties at Boomi. The code of conduct cited as reason, even though it was without cause, not for performance, and I was not offered a severance package. HR was "unable" to elaborate. Fortunately, having not signed any agreements, I am free to post my unadulterated thoughts. I would encourage extreme caution to any of my friends & colleagues still at Boomi, as you can and will be exited without cause, severance, or any communication at any time. Actively pursue other opportunities, and please leverage your network to escape before you are negatively impacted. Since being terminated, HR has been completely uncommunicative and not responded to any requests for offboarding information, has contested unemployment claims, and been extremely difficult to work with. I would encourage management to consider a more professional approach to terminations and post-employee experience. Compensation is definitely below market average, equity grants are clawed back immediately upon termination or departure, and I would encourage current employees to pursue cash compensation in lieu of equity at all times. The product is great, it's in a highly competitive space that needs iteration and deep personalization right now. I don't feel that Boomi can move quick enough to meet market needs, so my outlook is definitely negative at this point.
