      The Boomtrain team includes some of the most intelligent people I've ever met -- it's quite a pleasure to be surrounded by such smart, driven, committed people with full personalities to boot. I constantly hear from new hires how great our culture is, even as we continue to grow super fast. Also, machine learning is sexy, leadership keeps us ahead of the market, and work schedule is flexible if need be. A super family of dogs to boot!

      At times can be chaotic. Slow to focus on diversity. If you're not a do-er, you probably won't succeed here.

      Machine learning is sexy! It's great to hear so many positive things about our leadership and it's even better to toot the horn for all the Boomies. Having a group of intelligent, driven, and committed people contributing to our mission is vision isn't easy but what's even more astounding is how much each person still contributes to our culture. The people here are everything and we're glad to know that each new hire believes in our culture and our product. Diversity is always a goal! It's an initiative of ours to understand how to properly hire for diversity and still maintain all that we are as a whole. Culture is an art, not a science, so though it may take time, we do expect to have some researched thoughts on hiring in 2016!

      Fast-paced environment, with a very smart and hard-working team. Highly involved co-founders and great transparency from management. Lively office and culture, with happy hours, dogs, and great off-sites. Good emphasis on health and work/life balance, with engineers offering a coding class for the less technical folks who want to expand their repertoire.

      With products iterating so swiftly sometimes there's never time to get comfortable, which is both good and bad. As the only office globally, hours can be tough when you have calls with China and France.

      The days are dull when you don't see Christian or Nicholas around the office. But you're right, we do have a lively office and culture and with that said, each day is a living breathing moment of the Boomtrain history! We're glad to hear that you appreciate how the team is led and the that you enjoy the dynamics of the office. We understand that things are non-stop and always on the go and as a company, we appreciate all the effort our employees put in as much as we appreciate each individual's attention to their work/life balance. As we continue to scale as a company, we may not slow down in terms of products iterating and changes occurring however, we will do our best to improve communication and providing material on how to best adjust. One day, fiber optics will be our solution as we enjoy our daily catered lunch... one day.
