There are always surprises but only the pleasant ones, such as free grocery cards, picnics and luncheons, non-promised bonus, etc 3. Very friendly and social peers and management, no politics, no "boss-ism". 4. If you start failing to perform your job properly, they work with you to fill-in the gaps. You will loose your job only if you mess-up big and repeatedly, otherwise they don't leave any card un-turned to help you improve.

Svantaggi

Its location may appear far in miles, but its not in terms of time. I live in Cary and it used to take same amount of time for me to reach Lillington as it takes my wife to reach her RTP office. You drive against the traffic with very few light signals on the way.

Family feel with a lot of opportunity. When I was hired I was told there would be flexibility and support for work/life balance. If you have a sick child, you're encouraged to work from home. Pay is competitive and the team really does become family. Inside and outside sales work as a team, not just support.

Its a rapidly growing company, and the growing pains are there. Some organization issues, but ideas for improvement are welcome.

- Management gives rules to employees but do not follow it themselves - HR on a weird power trip, they also do nothing or take any feedback from associates - Give personal improvement plans out like it’s a normal thing at a company (it’s not). if you are put on one you don’t receive your bonus for the year. interesting. - Communication cross teams is non existent, things are always wrong, delayed, etc. - experienced management yelling at customers, using language about other employees that can be uncomfortable, etc. - Senior management (VP level) create pricing formulas which lower management ignores intentionally because they think the formula is “stupid” or “dumb” or a variation of those adjectives. - complaints about manager behavior is not taken seriously, and every excuse in the book is made for their poor behavior - they are used to paying rural NC wages, comp is no where near raleigh wages (where corporate office is) - there is a REASON jobs are reposted relatively frequently- and it’s not because of internal growth.
