The training system is still developing. Need to have more online courses and training opportunities for employees. The company is quite short-handed at the moment due to the fast growing period (from >4000 to >9000 customers within a year). Although the number of employees doubled to 60 compared to 30 members last year, the workload is heavy during peak season as the customers mainly are online stores on Shopify.
