Everybody is so lovely and gets on really well. Counter staff are very helpful with teaching and giving you extra knowledge about their brand. You get training on an app from every brand you work for and then also go out to conferences and specific brand training to help teach you about the brand and help with how to provide the best service. You also get allocation every three months where you get to choose some products to try (the amount you get to spend depends on your hours) as this is part of your uniform. You also tend to get free products from training.
