The assessment process is deadly. People who do not even know you pass judgement on you. You have little opportunity to offer your assessment of how you were judged. Also, when a client is displeased with any type of your team's work and voices such concerns to upper management even if you documented all aspects and challenges with your managemert and the client , you wil be thrown under the bus regardless. Upper management is not interested in your opinions. The client is always right and you are not!
