*Next to no support *Ran in a very non-transparent way *Everyone acted like they were happy with me and my performance until the day I got sacked with no prior warning . The management then proceeded to lie to me about the reason this was happening. Truthfully I got sacked because there needed to be redundancies and I was the easiest to fire due to the time I've been with the company. My coworkers threw me under the bus :) *Low paying position for the specialized knowledge required

I was dismissed without any prior warning or discussions, which raised concerns about the intent behind the decision and suggested potential legal ambiguities regarding unfair dismissal. This also happened the day after I had to call in sick due to an ongoing illness - which also felt very questionable on the legality of their action. There were frequent contradictions between management’s instructions and their actions, creating confusion and inconsistency. This felt as though you're set up to fail - with numerous instructions from management given (which were followed) and then became a reason for my dismissal. The lack of transparency within management, along with the absence of regular, constructive feedback on my performance, eroded trust. This ultimately led to my dismissal, as I was not made aware of any performance issues prior to the decision. I also find it quite suspicious that a number of 5 star reviews have appeared in a very short space of time, from 'former employees'. with the only 2 prior being negative; it looks like this may be an effort to conceal. I had no chance to say goodbye to my colleagues who I got along with and this event very much so felt like it was well planned, and brushed under the carpet. I witnessed this happen to someone else whilst management insisted that my role was safe and this happens very rarely.

Regarding your departure, we followed the processes outlined in your contract, providing a full month’s notice pay without requiring you to attend work during that period, and offering an opportunity for further discussion. We always strive to handle such matters with fairness and transparency, and our intent was to allow a dignified transition. We regret that you did not feel that this was the case. Finally, we want to address your concerns regarding recent reviews. We are committed to creating an open and transparent work environment and welcome all feedback from both current and former employees. All reviews, regardless of their content, are treated seriously as part of our ongoing commitment to improve as a company.
