Goals are not defined and change daily. Unable to create SOP as no one will make a decision or delegate a decision

Paid weekly and uniforms supplied and washed

Never get any biscuits! Machines are under invested, Micro management and lack of training. Technical department management and other senior department managers need to help improve not hinder!
