-Bullying from senior members of staff, especially sad for the employees who couldn't stand up for themselves. -Draining and tiresome working hours arrangement. -Don't consider that humans have other lives and expect lives to revolve around work needs. -Unjust and contradictory practices to keep queues down.

Little work, if you don’t want secondary duties or look for cases or customs issues

Treated like children, managers are promoted officers with little or no experience of dealing with staff.
