There are so many pros. My favorite was growing within the company. I went from temping to becoming a building manager.

I honestly do not have any cons. I would've stayed if my personal situation did not change.

Professional working environment. I was employed with this company for two years. I would definitely work for this company again if they obtain properties in the Maryland or Virginia areas.

Wasn’t much room for growth many years ago, however the company had acquired more properties since my tenor. All Properties are located in the District of Columbia. Need to obtain more properties. Venture out to Maryland and Virginia areas.
