Generous Paid Time Off, Sick Pay, and Holidays, flexible schedules, laid back management practices, everyone cares about their work rather than being worried about their manager being mad about how its getting done.

The only con is that the new building hasn't been constructed yet

Clothing stipend, casual work uniform, music in work area. Weekends off. Great place to work if you don't want a career, love to gossip, and don't have many bills.

Absolutely terrible communication between departments. Unorganized leadership with a plethora of false hope for new employees. Supervisors scoot by with not training new employees by having those under them take the responsibility instead. In-house promotions and advancement almost non-existent. Hard working employees consistently get taken advantage of and are expected to pick up the slack of coworkers who receive the same praise and compensation. Unsafe work conditions such as unstable ladders, heavy machinery without safety shoes, and off-site storage units with crumbling towers of boxes exceeding head height are just the start. Heavy gender favoritism and very cliquey. Management severely lacking conflict resolution skills.
