      - organizational silos abound; complete chaos - company is run by Legal department - terrible work/life balance - rug pull on benefits for new hires; now same as any other company - passive-aggressive and tribal culture, lots of finger pointing and "not my job" phrased and presented with professional buzzwords so as not to offend - claims to be agile, isn't anywhere close - zero communication from leaders about actual objectives and milestones - zero training opportunities

      Several years without a pay increase mixed with inflation means I make less money every year. The bonuses are more money than what the pay raises would be but bonus payout doesn't grow and can be taken away.
