Discounts aren't too bad, good Christmas discount, one or two nice people, free parking, hours are 9-5 or 10-30-6:30 so not bad.

Little to no training, they'll purposely miss out training you on vital devices just to get you on to the phones quicker. Every second you're there will be literally timed- even going to the toilet. Management have never done the job and get angry when you ask questions because they don't even know the answers themselves. There are clear management favourites and those people will get away with anything and get the most time off of the phone. No team atmosphere- everyone gets away with doing as little as they can. I urge anyone thinking of taking this job not too. There's no progression and for such a well known company it's disappointing how poorly the place is run. Very very stressful environment.

Several years without a pay increase mixed with inflation means I make less money every year. The bonuses are more money than what the pay raises would be but bonus payout doesn't grow and can be taken away.
