At the beginning the pay is decent, however, the lack of salary growth means you are making much less in the long-term. Upper management is not at all honest with employees and tries to maintain a cheerleader mentality no matter what. Education does not matter. Many managers had no degree and no clue; they made up for lack of knowledge by being very controlling and unethical.
