Little oversight of hiring process, I was content with employment until I was passed over several times for friends of the new store manager. Made it impossible to advance reasonably and as a result led to dissatisfaction. Changing store culture - previously was a service based focus, now it is on "Premium" experience, with a premium price tag to match. Much more focus on sales than in the past, which can occasionally drive poor customer-product matches. Our returns have risen as a result.
