      The company sets unrealistic expectations for yearly goals, ignoring outside factors and simply placing blame on the store for performing poorly. Very little support outside your direct report, and the company will throw you under the bus to appease a customer or save their own face.

      Several years without a pay increase mixed with inflation means I make less money every year. The bonuses are more money than what the pay raises would be but bonus payout doesn't grow and can be taken away.
