You have an opportunity to work from home if you have appointment. Expect the manager to be on your back with phone call and email though. Group outing one a year. Ok technical interest if you are in the DSP, advance development, electrical, and mechanical group. Anything else don't even bother .... life will suck

Micro-management at the Stow facility. It is all automotive audio products/production development environment. Too much multitasking, and will expect you to work really fast. The deadline is very compressed, a lot of pressure, and tight deadline. Expect to work and call international co-workers during off shift hour at night or early in the morning even when you put in 9-10 hour normal work hour (FYI: they don't disclose this during the interview). Asian Indian is dominant at the Stow facility. If you are not white / asian idian, then don't expect to move up the ladder even when you are bright and bust your butt off all days/night ... etc. It is hard to get a promotion. It is impossible to move job across to the other functions. No career development whatsoever. It is a job and not a career. Higher up management does not seem to care. They start bringing international asian indian engineers over, where they would work for 1-2 years and take off. So there will be a constant stream of turn over and random face all the time. Work work and no play. It can be a boring and depress place to work .....
