Just changed health insurance from tufts to BCBS after 20+ years. Tried to sell it as being competitive with other companies. It will end up costing employees dearly with all the copays, deductibles, coinsurances………. Laid off all the knowledgeable people who built the company. Decided the company should cater to kiddies, rapper, fashionista’s. Meanwhile abandoning everything, and everyone Dr.Bose stood for. Employees are no longer valued, as Dr. Bose valued his employees. They are as expendable as taking out the trash. Your skill set doesn’t fit, they lay you off and hire someone who has the skill set. Dr.Bose would encourage learning the skills, and gaining the education to reach your highest potential. Not no more, you’re out the door.
