The leadership is lacking horribly. The field supervisors do not care about the regular employee. They just want the job to get done without it interfering with them being able to go home at 2:00 pm everyday while the rest of the employees are working 15-17 hour days. No set schedule. It changes twice a day almost every day so don't make any plans... Ever. On your days "off" you will be called in. The equipment is the worst any of us have worked around. Every piece of equipment is Jerry rigged. The ROM also lets his supervisors run all over him. The so called supervisors will call and curse at you over your personal phone if you come to them with problems. If the job is more than an hour from the yard they wont come out. They have horrible work ethic and leave everything on the shoulders of the employees. I highly suggest not working for this company.
