The pay is dreadful and is never re-evaluated. They advertise a wage range but only ever pay the lower amount. The HR department couldn't care less about you. The company as a whole profess to care about their employees mental health - they 'created' a wellness program, even advertised this in the press, but never made this available to their staff. Majority of the managers are robots with no people skills. They won't listen to you and your suggestions about how to improve your role. The company doesn't care about staff retention, yet can't get enough applicants to fill vacancies, leaving every single department understaffed. They then ask you to work all hours under the sun to try and fix their mistakes.
