-great employee discount -offered insurance to full and part time employees

-corporate workers are very disconnected with the stores and throw them under the bus with the higher ups -budgeted hours don't support the workload of the stores, places a lot of stress the workers -run too many $50 off $100 sales too close together, this generates no profit to be able to support the store with more hours in the schedules -the store won't back it's own policies, exceptions are always made for customers who are verbally abusive -HR doesn't allow for a way to let go of poor employees

I loved this job for the most part. I felt like I was well trained and was very well respected.

Svantaggi

It was a little difficult managing the fact there were goals for Boston store and Estée Lauder. I also had two bosses to answer to because of this. But both were great and it wasn’t bad by any means.
