Terrible Management - Recensione dipendente - Law School Instructor presso Boston University

Director of the program where I taught had very poor management skills, played staff against each other and made sexual jokes and demeaned female faculty. Director's supervisors didn't take any steps to improve the working conditions. Support for instructors seriously lacking. No union, low wages, no path for advancement.
