      Only 10 days residential leave while students are there during the semester (you have to sleep there every night) and you can only take longer holidays between semesters (then you have 2-4 weeks and still got payed)

      no raises since 2024 and doesn't look like that's going to change don't pay enough for the work that needs to be done
