Great Experience - Recensione dipendente - Restorative Aide/CNA presso Bothell Health Care

There are very few family owned facilities left in the state of Washington, this is a great company with vision directed towards the quality care of their residents .

State regulations create work challenges, but the management team strives to provide the best care despite regulatory changes.

Some of the coworkers are great to work with. The facility is clean (for the most part). Wouldn't have a problem with my loved one being there if needed.

Upper management show favoritism to employees of a "certain" complexion. If you're of a darker color, don't expect to even get a reply to a simple hello. Their expectations (what one person can accomplish) are also unrealistic. Insufficient equipment. ALWAYS low or completely out of wipes and briefs/pull-ups. Food options sucks (I feel sorry for the patients).
