It's a "good old boy network" and if you are not one of them, you will never truly fit in. When the Bouchards ran the agency, they seemed to actually care about the employees and the clients. When Tim and Rick Bouchard retired, the company became all about the bottom line and the appearance to the outside world that they were much more successful than they truly are. Lots and lots and lots of backstabbing, gossip and having to suck up to middle management to keep your job. If the right people like you, all is good. If not, you know your days are numbered. It's never been about your ability to do the job. It's about who likes you.
