You’re expected to manage complex operations with little to no training or guidance. The workload is extremely high compared to what you’re paid — long hours, weekend calls, and constant pressure. Management seems disconnected from what actually happens on the ground in Portugal. Promises about growth, bonuses, or recognition are rarely fulfilled. Very poor internal communication tools and lack of collaboration between teams. The company culture feels transactional — people are treated as easily replaceable. No sense of stability or long-term planning. Everything feels temporary and reactive.
