Misaligned Recognition and Rewards: Entry-level overseas staff are frequently rewarded for completing basic training, even as their ongoing mistakes impact the quality of work. Meanwhile, experienced team members responsible for correcting these issues receive little to no recognition or appreciation. Inconsistent and Ineffective Management: Processes and policies often change without notice, making it hard to maintain consistency. There is a pattern of deferring to overseas staff requests, even when these conflict with internal agreements, leading to confusion. Additionally, the frequent presence of non-staff individuals in the office raises concerns given the sensitive nature of the work.
