- Collaborative environment where anyone (no matter what department) is open to meeting and offering their support on projects - Changing an industry; company is small enough where you feel like you're making a difference - Revamping sales and marketing teams, so the opportunity for growth is significant - CEO is transparent and makes himself available if you need to talk; he's really involved and values the vision - Employees seem excited to work here - Can't forget the bagels on Wednesday and bakery treats on Fridays! Also, summer Fridays!

- There's been a bit of a rocky past (CEO that was let go, etc.), so sometimes you hear stories about how much things have changed and wonder if it could happen again - No 401k matching - While everyone is always willing to help one another out, it sometimes feels like there's a disconnect between teams. Hopefully the new office re-do will help increase the natural collaboration
