This company is amazing. They match the job description and give you REAL responsibility as an intern. They are put together and give you resources to succeed!

None besides only having full time internships in the summer.

The people I worked with were very friendly and were helpful when it came to questions relating to work.

As a graduating college senior my employment never was solidified, I had been a potential full-time candidate for 8 months with Bowen working part time until my graduation. I had asked several times if there was a possibility of full time employment and didn’t receive any clarity until 2 weeks before my graduation. I was told to be considered for a position I would have to interview again and if I got the job I would have to relocate to their Indy headquarters. This may just be an HR/Onboarding issue but still negatively reflects on the company.
