1) Company works for a great cause, i.e developing software products (HMIS) which plays it's part in helping out to maintain records of homeless people and the services taken by them and helping out HUD and different clients. 2) Every one is ready for a constructive discussion on any topic either technical or non-technical (open to new ideas)

1) Workflow processes are not well defined and they evolve being a start up company. 2) Not much perk benefits

Lots of experience working with a SQL database. Experience how to handle customers on different versions of the software product. May gain the chance to work with XML.

The compensation is far under the national and regional averages for the position. Due to the lack of opportunities to learn new things, it feels like a dead-end job and a career ender. Working here will hinder your ability to find jobs elsewhere.
