On the benefits offerings, we've been particularly excited to have increased our parental leave up to anywhere from 12-20 weeks, provide a number of very competitive health coverage plans to choose from and offer commuter subsidies for all Austin employees to name a few. We know that an ESPP program is not a replacement for a 401k match - but, we are definitely proud that our ESPP is one of the best in class in the industry with a 15% discount and 2 year look back period.
