-Pay is ok but the pay doesn't reflect the workload -The amount of work is overwhelming -Continuous school events that leave limited prep time for your classes -Weekly comments for each student, weekly newsletters, over saturation of sending parents monthly photos and videos for activities and for the month, no good structured curriculum, constant video and photo reports for only the class teacher to complete -You will work a lot of unpaid OT because that is the only way to meet their unrealistic expectations -many SEN students with not enough support
