Vantaggi

The CEO and executive team genuinely care about the employees and customers. They are continuously trying to grow and improve to make their company better. The atmosphere is fun and they do small things to make the employees feel appreciated.

Svantaggi

Box Support is a growing company and has had some bumps, but they are improving them every single day. No benefits, yet, but they are working on it.

This is in response to the totally uninformed person who said that the CEO is a "trust fund" baby. You obviously don't know the CEO, nor went to any of the meetings he spoke at since that's a total lie. He funded the company with his own hard earned money, his parents nor anyone else had anything to do with funding. Box Support was a great place to work- yes, you needed to work hard- that was expected- but the rewards were worth the hard work. Unfortunately, Google shut down numerous computer support companies at the same time as Box Support, it wasn't for anything they did.

You were expected to work hard, be on time and not mess around. That seemed to be difficult for some of my co-workers.

This company does amazing work for their customers and for their employees. They are fast and efficient at their jobs and do a great job securing computers and solving problems.

Svantaggi

The only thing I could say about this place is that if you aren't self motivated and are not a hard worker you will most likely not like this job.
