•15-16 hours of work. •Every time process and sop changes make a video of each employee who barely have the idea how to express thus dictate line by line and you can assume what time it would take. •Fraud lucrative tactics like promotion and increment, there is no such thing in this company. •No appreciation from higher management, they just try condescending their seniors and take all credit of juniors. Really no appreciation at all. •you get to give 15 to 16hrs of your time only to get a mere salary of 25k, incentives are just number reflecting in payslips never get credited into account. •Very very..... ( infinite times ) bad HR policy or you can say there is no such thing as HR policy. •No paid leaves, suppose you take 5 days break or holiday or something. only 25 salaried days will be counted in that month. And worst of all they count it as paid leave. Unpaid leave is where money will be deducted from your salary. Hell going with their ideas about leaves. •Also most precious 7 days work , weekoff is just fancy thing.

Many seem to operate out of fear rather than leadership. * Outdated tech stack: The company uses very old technologies and does not invest in modern tools, including AI, likely due to budget constraints. * Toxic work culture: Some managers reportedly target specific employees, creating mental pressure to push them to resign. * High attrition of good talent: Many skilled employees have left. Those who remain often do not meet expected experience standards, including at managerial levels. * Notice period issues: A strict 3-month notice period, with heavy financial penalties even if you leave a day early. * ESOP concerns: ESOPs are offered but lack proper documentation or transparency. * No open communication: Employees feel unsafe raising concerns, as it may lead to termination. * Sudden terminations: Instances of employees being fired abruptly, even after routine meetings like stand-ups. * No severance support: Employees are let go without severance packages. * Mental stress: The work environment can be mentally exhausting and stressful, as confirmed by multiple former employees. Final Verdict: Strongly not recommended due to toxic culture, poor management practices, and lack of employee support.

- Bad work life balance. - High expectations to reach. - No proper communication regarding what exactly should be done in tasks and their deadlines. - Once you get a warning for weak performance, you can get fired anytime. No matter how much you work hard and improve. - Compared to the amount of work you do, the pay seems less. - Bias towards certain employees.
