This review reflects my personal experience and opinions during my time at the company. Leadership communication style often felt unprofessional and, at times, personally uncomfortable to me. I occasionally observed comments or behavior that I perceived as insensitive. Expectations around availability extended beyond normal working hours, including late night messages. There was an implicit expectation of quick responses outside work hours. I observed limited respect in how some warehouse and hourly staff were addressed. Workplace culture felt high stress and reactive. Discussions around potential stock based compensation did not materialize in my case. Some highly positive public reviews on here felt inconsistent with what I personally observed while employed there.
