This was, without question, the most unethical work environment I’ve ever encountered. During my time at BOXABL, I observed a severe lack of direction, professionalism, and business ethics from leadership. The CEO appeared disconnected from both the day-to-day reality of the business and the basic principles of sound management. Employees with real talent or experience often find themselves pushed out or quickly choose to leave. Turnover is extremely high, and the company seems resistant to feedback or improvement. The broader business community in Southern Nevada is well aware of these issues. I’ve heard repeated warnings from seasoned professionals who have advised staying away — and I wish I had listened sooner. Young professionals are often drawn in by promises of equity or stock packages, but in my experience, these offers are used more as bait than as meaningful incentives. In my view, the company takes advantage of younger professionals who are early in their careers and less likely to speak up. If you value stability, ethical leadership, or any semblance of long-term professional growth, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. If you value any kind of personal integrity and ethics, BOXABL is not the place for you.
