      They offer benefits and 1 weekend off a month (probably)

      Impossible ceilings, no assistance or training, figure it out for yourself and when you make a decision it's the wrong one. Better off bartending or finding somewhere else who appreciates their loyal employees who work hard.

      Best job I’ve ever had. Have worked for Boxcar for 5 years and I have never been surrounded by so many loving co workers that have fun and love their job too.
