Account Executive - Recensione dipendente - Account Executive presso Boxerbrand

BoxerBrand was one of my better experiences, as far as my work history goes. After coming out of a temp job in a typical "Corporate America" environment, BoxerBrand was a breath of fresh air. It allowed me the opportunity to develop my customer service skills as well as my creative side. Being able to earn commission on top of a base salary motivated me to perform as well as I could. I enjoyed the people I worked with and got along well with management.

Unfortunately, BoxerBrand is not where it could and should be as a business. The base salary is no longer comparable with competing businesses in the area. A lackluster benefits package eventually forces good talent to move on. If the salary matched the average earned in the area and management beefed up their benefits package I wouldn't have left.
