Don't expect any proper onboarding. You should figure your way out. 7. No issuance of work tools. Bring your own because even the existing ones you will be surcharged for past damages. 8. No career development path. 9. You are lucky if you'll be issued with a contract. 10. Lack of respect/professionalism. 11. Forget about bringing your ideas here, they will never be implemented because they are wrong & not aligned with MD.
