I’ve had the chance to meet the CEO, who was an absolute pleasure, and the COO stands out as someone who truly values employee satisfaction. They’re committed to ensuring you have the tools and support needed to succeed. What I appreciate most is their focus on creating an inclusive environment and their drive to become an employer of choice. While I did take a significant pay cut to join the team, I’m happy to be part of a company that prioritizes its people and fosters a positive workplace culture.

I could give it zero stars I would. This place is a revolving door. The CEO is either all involved or not at all and would disappear for months - only to want to change everything when he was there. Job security and advancement is based on popularity who has the loudest mouth, not on work performance, knowledge, or experience. I have seen hundreds of people, including temps, come and go. This is not a big company to have this much turnover. Many false promises and many people supervising that don't know how to talk to people. Supervisors have a lot of favoritism here. If English is your only language the majority speak different dialects of Spanish here.
