The management is a trash. There are around three full-times in the Singapore office who know very little about proper HR. They ask you to go through written test and interviews. Interns are required to fulfill one to three months "experiment period" and employers keep hiring new interns. We all know that we are going to be fired without any notice. Most of us quit the job within two weeks. It seems that they just want to exploit low-paid labor before they find "ideal" candidates. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
