Innovative and challenging work - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso Braendler Engineering

Nothing specially, except interesting industry.

Company can be literally described as "one man show" and that's the owner and CEO of the company. Any serious, professional and competitive management which is capable of pursuing decent corporate management operations and decisions doesn't exist. Company tends to provide services which are mostly software based and they don't know anything about software at professional level. Instead of having software development division within the company, they are hiring freelancers from Eastern Europe and India at very low rates. Company which treats their staff as very easily exchangeable resources, don't have any values and company culture developed - and that is Braendler Engineering. This is "family company" and it is very, very frivolous.

I worked for Braendler Engineering as a Virtual Assistant for over a year and enjoyed every day! I've been given many opportunities to grow as a professional and as a person. I can honestly say that David and Linda truly take care of their employees and everyone they work with, and that's something you don't see very often. I hope we get to work together again in the future!
