A very self-aware culture that lends itself to constant growth and development, both personally and professionally. Rigorous, challenging, but ultimately very rewarding, like completing a marathon. Employees are praised for speaking out, problem-solving, and radical thinking. Very anti-bureaucracy and more start-up in spirit. Hard to imagine another place where every employee is given the chance to make such a huge impact. The whole company feels like a family and everyone is extremely close. A lot of memorable people that give the company a lovably dysfunctional vibe sometimes. Less "coworkers" and more like "work best friends".

The company is still finding out what its main goal is. It's getting closer, but the time spent soul-searching means less structure and less stability for employees who seek it.

Consequently, when attempting to implement solutions independently, they are chastised for deviating from unspecified preferences.
