-company direction keeps changing without proper research and time, this means everyones work is constantly changing and shifting priorities excessively, reducing the sense of accomplishment of your work as it can be deprioritized suddenly after months or years of working on something , easy to get burnt out in some departments. -Compensation is less than average, with extremely tight yearly raises. -no bonuses yearly for most departments. -nearly non-existent HR to maintain culture, purely operational, no creativity in keeping people together as actual humans not resources. -communication gaps between departments can lead to months of wasted work, some managers arent on top of their work. - being too nice with bad employees drags the entire department down and burns out the good employees.
