Best environment. Flexibility to experiment. Awesome team members to work.

Bad management decisions. No salary disbursed from 4 to 6 months in a stretch. No proper compensation to the appraisals. No proper data points appraisals but merely rely on silly observations. Fake promises from the management team. No feedback taken from the management team. at times resort to silly gossips.

This is the company where 9 hours of work under pressure. They encourage us for company benefits.

Poor management, salary is the main constraint, we will not get salary on time. Iam working from 3 years still 8 months salary is pending with them.
