The executive team manage huge challenges constantly... Due to the non-conventional and start-up work environment, it is difficult for individuals from a conventional prior experience to understand and appreciate the challenges... This has lead to unhappiness among team members...

Best environment. Flexibility to experiment. Awesome team members to work.

Bad management decisions. No salary disbursed from 4 to 6 months in a stretch. No proper compensation to the appraisals. No proper data points appraisals but merely rely on silly observations. Fake promises from the management team. No feedback taken from the management team. at times resort to silly gossips.
