      Work trip to France every year. Learn from and work with different cultures. 100% covered health insurance (great for single/young person, not for families). Great colleagues.

      Career paths/advancement are unclear and subjective at times, and seem to be mostly in France. Company is undergoing a lot of change right now. Lack of communication top down and across departments. Pay is moderate - not up to tech industry standards but not insulting either.

      Salary, return to office, very unstable company - customer loss results in immediate layoffs, egotism, poor management, systems are all proprietary so little experience for other companies/mainstream skills.
