I had the opportunity to do my very first internship at Brained as a Sales Intern and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The work culture here is simply amazing. The team bonds so well together that you never feel out of place, even as an intern. Everyone is approachable, collaborative, and genuinely supportive, which makes learning and contributing so much easier. What stood out the most for me was how welcoming the environment felt. There were so many days when I found myself happily staying back late, not because I had to, but because I genuinely enjoyed the work and the people I was working with. The energy in the office, the team spirit, and the encouragement to push yourself while still having fun is what makes Brained special. For anyone looking for a place where you can grow, learn, and be part of a team that feels like family, I’d highly recommend Brained. My internship here has left me with good memories, valuable skills, and a deep respect for the company and its people.

They focused excessively on employees’ personal lives, monitoring interactions, breaks, and other trivial details instead of trusting their teams to deliver results. •⁠ ⁠A concerning lack of focus on hiring the right talent and providing proper training. Employees were often onboarded haphazardly, with minimal attention to their skill sets. On one occasion, when an underperforming intern was flagged to management, the response was, "They know how to use the software, na? That’s it." This attitude undermined the team’s efforts and overall productivity. •⁠ ⁠Over the last 6-8 months, most core team members have left the organization, and many others are planning to leave due to these systemic issues. •⁠ ⁠A so-called "department head" consistently hires individuals with lesser knowledge to maintain his own dependency and control. He prioritizes being in the management’s good books through flattery, yet speaks negatively about them to others, fostering mistrust and a toxic culture. •⁠ ⁠Expecting your salary on time? Forget about it!
