Management is poor. They will remove scheduled sessions at any time saying "over-scheduled" and they will never add sessions again in that term (they will add sessions again during the September month, and again they will remove sessions after the 3rd or 4th week of September and again we will have to wait for the new season in September). They will inform us that they need tutors for the particular days, but when we request they will not respond! It is rude! One side they will keep removing sessions for on board tutors and on the other side they will continue hiring new tutors! What the** Does not make any sense though! They force to tutor more than 2 students, sometimes, 3, 4,5 Gosh! And they will not pay for that, they pay hourly, YES! YES! If you tutor 4 students for 1 hour then you will get paid only 1hr pay not 4hr! If we do any mistakes during multiple sessions then we will get deactivated!
