RUN! - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Brammer Bio

Lets start, I started brammer almost a year ago and worked in the bio 5 which consists of warehouse, planning, procurement, and QC. We all could not handle the workload, it was so stressful with no planning. Upper management always says its the clients fault. Brammer needs to push back on the clients and realize there is no work life balance. I was told to come in on the weekend, no notice, on the middle of a Saturday. I was told I had to or else and I have 3 kids. Is that a good company? This place will forever be high turnover and they will hire unqualified people. I was shocked and saddened by the threat of bosses. Last but not least they want to open a new site and the first one is run incorrectly. Good luck BRAMMER . RUN RUN RUN !
